Box 20, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui arap Tesot, who died at Chelymo Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2022 By (1) Benard Koech and (2) Sang Philip, both of P.O. Box 27, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemosit Torongei, who died at Kaporuso Sub-locaton, on 3rd April, 1987. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2022 By Simion Kipsang Tonui, of P.O. Box 21, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taputuiya Sungula, who died at Olokyin Sub-locaton, on 3rd July, 2022. CAUSE No. 10 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Kipngetich Tonui and (2) Geofrey Kipronoh Tonui, both of P.O. Box 20, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui arap Tesot, who died at Chelymo Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
