TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E52 OF 2022 By Samson Osano Makana, of P.O. Box 18, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Makana, Kwambioka Makana and Onyimbo Kenyiriri, who died at Ichuni Sub-location, on 1st January, 1996, 19th March, 2022 and 20th July, 1985, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
