TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E63 OF 2022 By Mohamed Said Orloff, of P.O. Box 14382-00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate testate to the estate of Cyril Said Orloff, who died at Nairobi, on 29th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
