APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints— Rukia Rashid, Col. (Rtd.) David Kipkurui Samoei, Hilda Wangari Gichuku, Geoffrey Noah Angwenyi, Elisha Biwot, as members of the Board of Directors of the New Kenya Co-operative Creameries Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023. Gazette Notice Nos. 2361 of 2020, 8261 and 8252 of 2022 are revoked. Dated the 6th March, 2023.
