IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 25 (1) of the HIV and AIDS Prevention and Control Act, the Attorney-General appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Carolyne Mboku — Chairperson Under paragraph (b)— Nelson Wanyonyi Osiemo, Brian Ouko Yego, Under paragraph (c)— Irene Njahira Mukui (Dr.), Walter Godfrey Jaoko (Prof.), Under paragraph (d)— Solomon Musani (Dr.), Jane Ngoiri Nganda, to be the chairperson and members of the HIV and AIDS Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th March, 2023.
