REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresiah Nyambura Kariuki, as the administratix of the estate of Muiruri Kabaru alias John Muiruri Kabaru, of P.O. Box 49, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 4953/68/IV, situate in Thika Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of a title registered as I.R. 5550/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
