REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gatheru Gathemia and (2) Tevin Gathemia Gacheru, both of P.O. Box 29505–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0225 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 72/1800, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
