REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Madiha Alwi Halifa, of P.O. Box 34, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 5.00 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 28925, situate in the district of Lamu, registered as C.R. 57540/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5).
