THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Frank Samuel Muhoro, (2) John Mutahi Marieta and (3) Christopher Kibe Mungai, all of P.O. Box 29871, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 17/108, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
