REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Naomey Aumah Kawawaa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/4167, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period, Winnie Atieno Kawawa having been Gazetted as the administrator vide succession cause No. 122 of 2010 in chief magistrate court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
