WHEREAS Alois Bernard Etyang, of P.O. Box 134, Amukra in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute 968 968 ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Teso South, registered under title Nos. South Teso/Apokor/1871 and 1872, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
