REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Margaret Waigwe Mwariri and (2) Joseph Waithaka Mwariri, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi known as Malindi/Pumwani Phase I/437, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
