GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3053

WHEREAS Ndiritu Gitonga alias John Ndiritu Gitonga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.41 hectares or thereabout, known as Tetu/Ihagachiru/366, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 734 of 2013, has issued grant of letters intestate to (1) Anna Wanjiru Gitui and (2) Esther Muthoni Kiriungi as an administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Anna Wanjiru Gitui, (2) Esther Muthoni Kiriungi, (3) Rachael Wangui Mutheru, (4) Agnes Wairimu Ndiritu, (5) Charles Gitonga and (6) Peter Muriithi Ndiritu, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 in favour of the said (1) Anna Wanjiru Gitui and (2) Esther Muthoni Kiriungi as an administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Anna Wanjiru Gitui, (2) Esther Muthoni Kiriungi, (3) Rachael Wangui Mutheru, (4) Agnes Wairimu Ndiritu, (5) Charles Gitonga and (6) Peter Muriithi Ndiritu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ndiritu Gitonga alias John Ndiritu Gitonga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
