THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Murage Muriuki, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nanyuki South Timau Block I/600 (Mia Moja), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Nanyuki in land case No. 8 of 2002, has issued decree in favour of Ann Wangu Njeru, and whereas the executive officer has executed an application for subdivision, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land is not surrendered, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said subdivision, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to John Murage Muriuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
