THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kilombe Kituu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 7.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyangwithya/Mulutu/198, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Kitui, has issued letters of administration to Veronica Mwende Kathembe, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kilombe Kituu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of said instruments R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Veronica Mwende Kathembe, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kilombe Kituu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
