THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Makau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.114 hectares or thereabout, known as Konza North/Konza North Block 2 (Malili)/338, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in succession cause No. 28 of 2019, has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) John Kasia Makau and (2) Magdaline Nduku Makau, and whereas the said (1) John Kasia Makau and (2) Magdaline Nduku Makau have executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to (1) John Kasia Makau and (2) Magdaline Nduku Makau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Daniel Makau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
