REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eunice Anyango Odhiambo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kamagambo/Kanyamamba/592, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Rongo in ELC Case No. 28 of 2018, has issued a decree ordering that the name of Eunice Anyango Odhiambo be cancelled and be reverted to its original owner Paulus Ogayi, the cancellation of entries on the same land register and the land title deed issued to Eunice Anyango Odhiambo if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from this gazettement shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
