REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Emanuel Kipkoech arap Belio (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Chepkunyuk/280, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kapsabet in succession cause No. 92 of 2019, has issued letters of administration in of David Kipkorir Koech, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue the land title deed to the said David Kipkorir Koech, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Emanuel Kipkoech arap Belio (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
