NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE A RESTRICTION WHEREAS Hamida Mohamed Hassanali Ali Mohamed Janmohamed, of P.O. Box 160, Lamu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor owner of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 25233 Lamu, C.R. 42915, situate in Lamu Municipality in Lamu District, and has applied for the removal of a Restriction registered on 9th March, 2011. The details of the Restriction are not known and whereas the said claim has not been since acted upon, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said Restriction upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period.
