PURSUANT to section 41 (4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that on the 17th May, 2022, the County Assembly of Nakuru approved the above plan. A certified copy of the plan as approved is available at the office of the County Director of Physical and Land Use Planning, Ardhi House, Nakuru, P.O.
