GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 3108

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of section 32 (4) of the Insolvency Act, 2015 and Rule 18 (4) of the Insolvency Regulations, 2016, that that businessman Jeremiah Koskei Bowen, of P.O. Box 6748–30100, Eldoret, being unable to pay his debts, has instituted Insolvency Cause No. E38 of 2022 at Nairobi High Court petitioning the Court that a Bankruptcy Order be made in respect of his estate and that he may be adjudged bankrupt and have the court appoint a fit and proper person as trustee of his property in accordance to the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015. Any creditor having a claim against Jeremiah Koskei Bowen is advised to inspect the Statement of Affairs filed in the cause and if the creditor intends to oppose the grant of the Bankruptcy Order, the same is invited to state in writing the grounds of his/her opposition and file the same in the cause.
