NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Nissan Caravan, KAR 063C; Toyota Corolla, KBK 479A; m/cycles KMEX 291A; KMEJ 872N, to take delivery of the same from the premises of Greypost Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to which the said motor vehicles will be disposed of without further reference to the owners to defray storage charges and related charges/costs in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, by Nairobi Channels Auctioneers.
