NOTICE is issued pursued to the provision of the disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and the following an authority and order under misc. application No E63/2023 by the Chief Magistrate, Kisumu Law Court. That the owner/custodian of the motor vehicle/motorcycle lying idle unclaimed within Kisumu Police Station yard are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and pay the cost of this publication notice, failure to which Ikimwanya Auctioneer shall dispose them through public auction without any reference.
