Box 940–00900, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ahmed Pokot, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Ahmed Pokot, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdi Rahman Abdulkadir, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Abdi Rahman Abdulkadir only. ABDI RAHMAN ABDULKADIR, MR/4255020 formerly known as Ahmed Pokot.
