TAKE NOTICE that I, Dr. Wilber Khasilwa Ottichilo, Governor of Vihiga County, in exercise of the executive powers conferred upon me by Article 179 (3) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and sections 30 and 31 of the County Governments Act, 2012 and for the purpose of implementing the Senate recommendations, have appointed a Taskforce comprising the following membership to inquire into the operations of Amatsi Water Services Company Limited (a county government entity), to establish the causes of the company’s inability to meet its objectives and to make recommendations on the measures to be taken to transform the company to a level of self-sustenance and capacity to deliver on its core mandate of water service provision and sanitation- Eng.
