GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4981

WHEREAS Joseph Kamau Gathirua alias Joseph Kamau Gathirwa alias Joseph K. Gathirua alias Joseph Gathirua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Juja/Kalimoni Block II/164, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in succession cause No. 216 of 2022, directing the name Joseph Kamau Gathirua alias Joseph Kamau Gathirwa alias Joseph K. Gathirua alias Joseph Gathirua (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Zachary Gathirwa Kamau and (2) Richard Njoroge Kamau, and whereas the said certificate of lease issued earlier to Joseph Kamau Gathirua alias Joseph Kamau Gathirwa alias Joseph K. Gathirua alias Joseph Gathirua (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Joseph Kamau Gathirua alias Joseph Kamau Gathirwa alias Joseph K.
