THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbogo Njoroge Mutonya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.82 hactares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok West/1853, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 107 of 2013, has issued letters of administration to Francis Njoroge Mbogo (ID/2963909), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Mbogo Njoroge Mutonya (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbogo Njoroge Mutonya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
