REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Issac Katee Newuya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 49.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei South/882, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 5 of 2009, has issued grant in favour of (1) William Rinkoine Joel and (2) Godfrey Monkola Oisaka to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Issac Katee Newuya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
