WHEREAS Kennedy Edward Bosire, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Suna East/Wasweta I/16535, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori in ELC Case No. E63 of 2021 has issued a decree ordering that the name of Kennedy Edward Bosire Mose be cancelled an and substituted with the name of Elisha Onyango Sindala, the cancellation of entries on the same land register and the title deed issued to Kennedy Edward Bosire if not surrendered within thirty (30) days from this gazettement will be deemed null and void and of no effect.
