NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the Registered and/or beneficial owners of the below mentioned motor vehicles to collect/take delivery of the said abandoned vehicles lying in our clients’ yard/garage in Mombasa County within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this notice and upon payment of all repair and/or storage charges, Auctioneers costs plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicles by public auction without any further notice to you and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all auctioneers fees, repair/storage and other accrued charges.
