NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1204 in Volume D1, Folio 84/1053, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Fiona Njoki Nuthu, of P.O. Box 16626– 00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fiona Njoki Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fiona Njoki Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fiona Njoki Nuthu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fiona Njoki Nuthu only.
