NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th April, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 438 in Volume D1, Folio 110/1239, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Hindia Abdullahi Bardad, of P.O. Box 510– 70200, Wajir in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ambia Abdullahi Bardad, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ambia Abdullahi Bardad, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hindia Abdullahi Bardad, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hindia Abdullahi Bardad only.
