NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 34 in Volume D1, Folio 100/1169, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, James Maria Wainaina Kungu, of P.O. Box 734–10200, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Wainaina Kungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Wainaina Kungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Maria Wainaina Kungu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Maria Wainaina Kungu only.
