NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th December, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 995, in Volume D1, Folio 32/277, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Laureen Akinyi Oluchiri (guardian), of P.O. Box 3491–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Brad Imani Oluchiri (minor), formerly known as Brad Imani Shikuku Oluchiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Brad Imani Shikuku Oluchiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Brad Imani Oluchiri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Brad Imani Oluchiri only.
