NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 35, in Volume D1, Folio 31/273, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, John Muhuhu Kamau, of P.O. Box 294– 00216, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Boro Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Boro Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Muhuhu Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Muhuhu Kamau only.
