TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Titus Kimuge Kipsang, of P.O. Box 84181–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Mwikali Kipsang, late of Kilimani, Nairobi, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2023 By Franciscah Ndakithi Musyoki, of P.O. Box 2682–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Alois Blum Werner, who died at Frankfurt, Germany, on 13th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
