TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2022 By (1) Amy Achieng Kombo and (2) Yvonne Anyango Kombo, both of P.O. Box 98391–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Kadzo Okanga, who died on 18th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2022 By Fauzia Athman Juma, of P.O. Box 86875–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Tewa Faraji, who died at Sparki, on 20th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
