TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 758 OF 2022 By Anjelina Omolo Okeyo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akech Adongo, who died at Kaila Sub-location, on 10th December, 1985. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Ruth Atieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Owino Ajowi, who died at Jalaram Nursing Home, on 12th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By (1) Selina Achieng and (2) Bernadette Atieno Olal, both of P.O. Box 254, Ogera in Kenya, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omolo Okumu, who died at Kojwach Kamioro, on 4th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
