Box 9519, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Dunga Okumu alias Dunga Okumu, who died on 14th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E546 OF 2022 By (1) Salome Maren Akoth Omolo and (2) Philip Dan Nyanjom Omolo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Omolo Onyimbo, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2020. E616 OF 2022 By Sarah Awiti Ndalo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ndalo Ade alias Ndalo Ade, who died on 6th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. E788 OF 2022 By Harison Odhiambo Oyaya Waga, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Ajwang, who died at Koduol Ojolla Sub-location, on 18th September, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
