CAUSE NO. E701 OF 2022 By Paul Oloo Omondi, of P.O. Box 10098–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloo Olare, who died at Gem Rae, on 14th March, 1986. CAUSE NO. E746 OF 2022 By Helida Awiti Otuchi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Otuchi Midhwa alias Otuchi Midhwa, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 14th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E752 OF 2022 By Agnes Awiti Sipoti, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Sipot Ogada alias Spot Ogada, who died at Ramula, on 25th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By Jacob Okelo Nyambok, of P.O. Box 126—40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Odhiambo Nyambok alias Naftali Ondiek Nyambok, who died at Kadeya Ojolla, on 7th May, 1994.
