TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2023 By (1) Francis Njoroge Muchiri and (2) Joseph Thiongo Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 2027–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Njeri Njoroge, who died at Mugumoini S. Location, on 15th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2023 By (1) John Mungai Muchiri and (2) Francis Njoroge Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 2027–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Muciri Njoroge alias Julius Muchiri Njoroge, who died at Nakuru General Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
