Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Lwabukha Achesa alias Moses Lwakokha Lwobokha alias Moses Lwobokha Achesa alias Moses Lwabukha alias Moses Lwabokha Achesa, who died at Mukhonje, on 6th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Afula Wekati Malinji, of P.O. Box 2443, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malinji Wekati, who died at Esumeyia Sub-location, on 9th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By Roslidah Shinyaka Ashiono, of P.O. Box 1075, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Ashiono Mwizlika, who died at Shibuname Sub-location, on 2nd September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By (1) Protas Ligare Muyuga and (2) Dominic Shiambetsa Muyuka, both of P.O. Box 71, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Saviour Muyuka, who died at Virhembe Sub-location, on 9th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
