Box 23, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Mutete Mutete alias Musa Mutete, who died at Sirekeresi Sub-location, on 13th April, 1982. CAUSE NO. E640 OF 2021 By (1) Beatrice Aluochi Masinde and (2) Silas Odhiambo Juma, both of P.O. Box 23, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marko Ogara Atsieno alias Otsieno Kadang’u, who died at Namusala Sub-location, on 10th May, 2006. CAUSE NO. E701 OF 2022 By (1) Praxides Night Obbuyu and (2) Caxton Oyallo, both of P.O. Box 345, Funyula in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Duplex Obbuyu alias Obuyu Oyalo, who died at Ganjala Sub-location, on 16th February, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
