Box 11881–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinyanjui Wainaina, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2019. Box 1126–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanislas Kimethu Kahenya alias Stansiras Kimethu Kahenya, who died at Kiambaa Location, Kanunga, on 29th January, 1989. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2023 By (1) Naomi Wairimu Mumita and (2) Ann Mashirima Mumita, both of P.O. Box 48887–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mumita Waweru, who died at Nazareth Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
