Box 231, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophie Wairimu Mungai, who died at Charlotteville, USA, on 19th February, 2013. CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2023 By Joseph Mwangi Muhia, of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhia Njoroge alias Njoroge Muhia, who died at Kimende, on 20th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Matuthu Karanja and (2) Jane Kabura Karanja, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Karanja Muigai, who died at Banana Sub- location, on 7th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
