TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Jedidah Wambui Nyakinyi, of P.O. Box 41459–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. Wambui Ngige & Wambui Njeri, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyakinyi Gikonyo, who died at Naivasha, on 15th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
