TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2022 By Kithera Janarosa Maore, of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Maore M’Imirongo alias Charlce Maore M’Mirongo alias Charles Maore M’Mirongo, who died at Amwathi, on 23rd April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By Jennifer Kanja, of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achiuru Thiaruku, who died at Antuambui, on 26th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
