E699 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Muoki Katila and (2) James Njomo Katila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domitila Ndeto Katila, who died on 12th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E712 OF 2022 By (1) Magdalene Mbulwa Mutua and (2) Stephen N. Nzyuko Mutua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kimuyu Malika, who died on 10th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
