TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2019 By Esther Njeri Kiarie, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiru Ngugi, who died at Twiga Sub-location, on 31st October, 2013. CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2021 By Susy Cherop Cherono, of P.O. Box 4–30201, Endebess in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherono Kanga Chemwok, who died at Matumbei, on 6th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2023 By Peter Macharia Kariuki, of P.O. Box 2290–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Githuria Kariuki, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
