Box 943—30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Ongaga Nyarairo, who died at Taj Mall, on 14th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2023 By (1) Evans Wekesa Mateka and (2) Murumba Abraham Mateka, both of P.O. Box 4044–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Wekesa Mateka, who died on 25th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2023 By Joram Kitaka Kisiang’ani, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Natwati Kisiang’ani, who died at Kitale County Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
